Don’t just take our word for it
from 128084 reviews
Btw, I was not paid for this nor was I sent this product (although they should be sending it, given how many tubes I've bought).
I had the MOST TERRIBLE acne. No, I'm not talking about a small tiny excuse of a blemish that your friend with great skin complains about when she has her "bad skin" days. My face was RED and PAINFUL. My cheeks were COVERED all the time, and I had no area on my face where acne wouldn't pop up. Nose, brows, chin, jaw, underneath the jaw, you name it. I had tried Curology and while my skin got amazing for the first 6 months, my acne returned with a VENGEANCE. I had tried so many things, clay masks, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, other AHAs and BHAs, sulfur, rosehip oil, and even supplements like zinc and milk thistle, you name it. Nothing worked at all. I was so so embarrassed of my skin, but I couldn't wear makeup either since makeup made my acne SO MUCH worse.
I heard about stop guessing and I figured "well, might as well give this a try cause it can't get any worse". Boy, I was wrong. It did get worse. Much worse. Suddenly I had SO much more acne and I felt like crap. I couldn't believe my skin could get worse, but it did. stop guessing was the only thing I was using so I knew this was it. I was depressed but I stuck with it, cause I wanted to test it for at least 4 months. I thought I might as well test the claim, since my skin is so bad already.
The first month was really really bad. It brought all underlying acne to the surface i.e. the purge phase. It did the purging for 3-4 months, but the first month was THE WORST. Not gonna lie to you, that first month will probably be the worst skin you've had in your life. Your skin will become SO SENSITIVE! Anticipate that! My skin has never been sensitive to products but while using this, my regular moisturizers and masks would sting like crazy (get stuff with no fragrance/alcohol or acids!). It didn't affect my skin in any other way, it just stung a lot. Oh, and I used to get my upper lip and brows waxed. Not with this you can't, the wax will tear off your skin since it gets much more sensitive. I learned the hard way. ONLY do threading!
However, after I waited out the terrible, terrible first month, I slowly began to see improvements. Marginal, though. I had acne, but I probably had just a tad less. And it continued that way, it kept improving. Eventually, my skin was so much clearer than before! I still had acne, mind you, it's not a miracle drug, but it was few and far in between. There would be times when I had no active acne, which was HUGE for me!! My face usually looked like a connect the dots game. However, I did hit a plateau. This worked phenomenally at reducing my ugly acne all over my face to a few zits here and there, however, my issue was deeper than that.
Now, I am both on my Spiro and this. The combo of these two have made my skin so clear! I could have never imagined this day! I still need to use this, I have noticed my Spiro is not enough to keep zits at bay and if I skip a couple of nights putting on stop guessing, new zits come up. I am so much happier now that I don't have zillions of gross zits on my face. I still get zits if I eat sugar or near my period but man, I am a long way from before! I have a few blemishes left over from before but I honestly don't care, my skin looks way better. I can hide my blemishes with a sheer foundation of spot concealing if I want.
So if you've read till the end, the lesson is: be PATIENT and be realistic! Your acne did not appear overnight and will not disappear overnight. If you stick with this, it WILL work. However, your mileage may vary. My acne was extremely bad, so after I hit my "acne plateau" I went to the doctor. If your acne is not as bad, it's likely stop guessing is all you need for clear skin! If you're on the fence, confused, depressed, frustrated and/or can't afford a doctor, it's worth a shot! Just be patient and gentle with your skin!

Update: May - Around summer 2020 had several heatwaves of 90-100 degrees over the summer. Wasn't able to keep the sunscreen in a temperature controlled environment. As a result the oils separated from the titanium oxide. The sunscreen had a clumpy fraction and a watery/oily fraction. Pretty sad it was ruined and had to chuck it.
Bought this sunscreen to replace the generic stuff I have. I feel like I'm reviewing a beer.
Smell: Great. Very natural and clean smell that's refreshing. It is low key. I didn't want something that screams "I GOT SUNBLOCK ON!!" I got what I wanted, a sunblock that smells nice. Honestly, my masculinity goes through the roof with this smell. I smell like a classy man who knows what's up. Keeping my skin healthy now and be a suave-looking gentleman later.
Texture: This is a lot thicker or more viscous than ordinary sun screen. I found myself dabbing little spots over my skin and then spreading it. My wife disliked the viscosity property, as she is use to putting a good dollop on one spot and spreading it. She said she would use it for her face or small areas, but not arms and legs. It made me look really pale when I spread a lot in one area. I got mixed feelings here. The consistency could be a little thinner to help spreading. I also feel it is great the way it is.
Feeling: This feels a lot smoother on the skin. It did not leave my skin tacky or too oily. It feels like I just put on some body lotion, honestly nothing more than that feeling. I enjoyed that the oily feeling dissipates after an hour or so. Ordinary sunblock makes me feel like I'm going to break out in pimples hours afterwards. I just dislike that oily residue that smears on everything after putting on ordinary sunblock. This product I don't notice after an hour. Just yesterday I went walking around beaches and small coastal towns. Got home late and went to bed. There is no oily residue that I'd be worried about getting onto my sheets. Woke up to write this review and my skin feels nice and smooth.
Appearance: White lotion in a brown bottle. Picture is accurate. Heck I don't know why I have this section.
Would I buy again: Yup. Good stuff. Anything to prevent the associated costs of getting skin cancer. Worth it. Feels good. Smells good. Is good.

This scrub is a winner! It is really tackling my blackheads and exfoliating nicely. I compliment your product. I read a few negative reviews. The ladies that had issues with staining need to go to a medispa or dermatologist. For the skin to stain from a water-soluble product, you have bigger issues than any scrub can help. Your skin is damaged. Normal skin will not do that.
I like this scrub because it has great ingredients and it is not harsh, AND it doesn't smell like a cheap perfume factory. I am so allergic to everything, I am really happy when I find a product that is truly mild.
Remember, with any scrub, don't rub too hard, you can flare acne and damage your skin. You are to rub gently--folks with acne tend to want to scrub too hard which exacerbates that condition.

I bought this previously for the occasional pimple but then started using this product as a face cleanser in October of last year and didn't see another pimple. However, I left for a long road trip at the start of the year and had run out of cleanser so I switched to Cera-Ve. Worst choice ever! I think it's because it has sunscreen on it. Within a couple of weeks of switching, I ended up with 5-6 pimples on my face at once--I think the most I've ever had.
RED AND PEELING
Luckily I brought this spot treatment with me. Using it one or two days in a row worked on some, but there was a persistent one above my left eye that I applied a few times a day for a day or two. I think I wasn't putting enough product on in a single application, you have to coat the area. Because I wasn't using enough each time, I had to prolong my use of this and it did cause my skin to turn red, but the pimple went away. Two days later, with no moisturizer (and I tend to have dryer skin), the skin painlessly peeled/flaked off that small spot and there was no sign of acne there anymore.
A similar thing happened under my right eye where I had a persistent pimple. I applied the product a bit more heavily there and it disappeared within a day or two. There was a bit of redness left behind, and I have somewhat sensitive skin, but the skin just flaked off that little spot too and there is no evidence I had a pimple at all! I still have a few on my chin because I stopped using the product only because the redness it was causing scared me. However, now that I've seen that the peeling is temporary and painless, I will use this again today to get rid of those last few pimples. Great news because I have plans this weekend!
MY ADVICE
Because this product works, I ordered the three-part Advantage system with cleaner, treatment, and moisturizer and it should be in today. Overall, very happy with it, but if you have a stubborn pimple, I would make sure you're fully coating it when you apply this and if you have very sensitive skin, maybe don't apply it two or three times in a row as I did. With that said, my skin did clear within 48 hours and my pimples otherwise may have lingered for a week or more, so what more could you want?
By the way, I didn't notice a fragrance...

This is like magic. Honestly one of the biggest staples of my skincare routine, and I never leave without it. The most effective spot treatment that I've used so far is gentle on my skin. Granted, I don't have very sensitive skin, but my roommate uses this as well, and she has no problems. The tube also lasts quite a while with consistent use, so a little goes a long way.
I started to struggle with acne around my mouth from masks, and this helps to keep it down, as I also use it to cover a few larger spots just in precaution and to keep the acne down. It is a spot treatment, however, so this may not be a good idea for people with sensitive skin. I continue to buy this product again and again and my skin thanks me for it!
Notes: My acne is on the hormonal cystic side and by the use of benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid I keep it at bay. My skin type is normal to combination oily, but not very oily as long as I use moisturizer throughout the day. The treatment does work in twenty-four hours to work on your acne, but for the stubborn stuff, it will still take a while. This just helps with getting it through the process and to ahead faster.

Wow. There's so much to like about this exfoliator -- everything but the price!
I have sensitive, combination, acne-prone skin. I am 39yo.
Based on the good reviews, I figured I'd give it a try. I've used it for two weeks now. In this short period of time, dark marks have faded entirely (post-acne hyperpigmentation), my skin has smoothed out so much that I stopped using my primer, and my skin feels like buttah.
I didn't experience any sensitivity issues at all with this product and used it nightly from day one.
It has a thick gel texture.
Again, I have sensitive skin. Like, really obnoxiously cranky skin that gets red and blotchy when I introduce new products at all. I was totally shocked that I experienced no sensitivity or irritation or redness or flaking -- nothing! -- when using this product.
It is so hard to find a product that exfoliates and hydrates at the same time. This product manages to do both.
I wish I could tell how much is in the bottle, but it is opaque (likely to keep the product from reacting) and you can't tell.
The price is bananas, but it is hard to argue with the results.
If you're in your 20s and have no skin issues, save your money. If you have uneven skin,or if you have acne, or if you have fine lines or wrinkles, give this a chance.

This mask had my skin feeling smoother and more evenly toned after just one use! When used with the rest of the product line for 2 weeks, I saw a noticeable difference in my skin, and now after almost a full month, I don't need to wear foundation anymore.
My oily skin is under control and my adult acne and enlarged blackheads have cleared up and smoothed out! The mask is a thick and buttery feeling that glides onto the skin. You'll feel it tighten while it works. Rinses off clean with just warm water and your fingertips.
I love almost every Bio formula product I try. The only one I wasn't a fan of was the cleanser that was not terrible but too drying for my skin.
I use this mask twice a week and it leaves my skin very soft, evens my tone, and even adds a little glow. It is extremely exfoliating.
There isn't much of a smell; it's not a pretty smell but not revolting either. It feels very natural and goes a long way for the price and quality. I like to purchase different masks whenever I need them but I would buy this again and recommend them for any skin type. My only negative note is that the exfoliating elements make it difficult to rinse off.
I only like to use it before I'm going to shower rather than rinsing off at the sink; it's just hard to get all the little bits rinsed off of your skin
I will continue using it as part of my everyday regimen. Anyone with oily or acne-prone skin should try this mask (and the entire product line) asap!!

I am a white woman born and raised in Hawaii and have had to deal with getting way more sun than I ever wanted to - on a daily basis for my whole life. I've been sunburned basically every day for 20 years. I don't love sunscreen in general because it's often like applying a layer of glue to your skin when your body temperature is already way too high because it's 90 degrees out! I've just been dealing with it and taking my constant sunburns in stride, because if I apply a heavy cream of sunscreen I get sunstroke from the heat and blistery bumps all over my body, and a headache - which is strangely worse than having a sunburn that hurts so bad I can't sleep all night. Too bad I'm a blue eyed, freckled blonde instead of an Italian or something...
So, my sister found this product and kept telling me about it and I was not that interested as I gave up hope of finding a good sunscreen years ago (I'm 40 years old now), and so finally she insisted that I try this and sprayed it all over me without my consent, and it was amazing! It smells like an Island cocktail, fruity and coconutty with a hint of alcohol smell (must be the carrying agent for the sunscreen product) and it even tastes OK, as everyone has inadvertently licked their lips with sunscreen on, and MY GOD does it work!!!! I mean WOW!!! I'm buying 3 bottles right now, just in case they change the formula.
I spent 3 hours in direct sunlight and didn't even get red - and I didn't reapply either (my normal timeline for a sunburn is about 15 minutes of direct sunlight). I'M IN SHOCK AS TO HOW GOOD THIS PRODUCT IS. I feel bad for the ozone layer since it's a spray bottle and not a pump, but I'll give up all other spray bottles just to have this product. LOVE IT!!!

“I love, love, love the Body Scrub! I want to use it as a bath bomb. I used it to improve my crepey skin and brown freckles that have developed over the last 10 years. I was skeptical at first, but I noticed a huge difference by week 3. By week 8, I was elated! I will purchase again for maintenance. Make sure to ALWAYS use sunscreen 50+ SPF every single day!”

I have tried so many different products to get rid of the dark spots on my face (sunspots and acne scars) and nothing has worked…or I gave up before it worked because I wasn’t seeing any results. With this product, I thought I was imagining it because I was seeing results within days. I’ve only been using it a short time but I’m hopeful I’ll get the results I’m looking for.
Results aside, the cream is lightweight, not at all greasy or sticky, has no strong smell, and absorbs quickly. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any issues with it. I use it at night, but I’m sure it could even be worn under makeup
I did notice a slight fading of my sunspots! I wouldn't say it has been a drastic difference, but it has been noticeable and I feel like I don't have to put as much foundation to cover up those spots anymore.
I've been using it for the past week and a half and will continue to use it in hopes that it will fade more! My skin hasn't reacted to the product and the lotion is easy to apply. I am overall happy with how it has worked on my skin so far!

First of all let's talk about the packaging, big thumbs up! The instructions are also straight to the point and they are both on the packaging and on the jar itself. Once you take the jar out I'm not gonna lie it looks kind of small compared to what it looks like in the package. But once you apply you will see that a little goes a long way and that the product itself will probably last you a good while. As for the jar, it is very high-end. Just makes everything cleaner in my opinion. I loved that.
Now for the application, it says to apply a thin layer on a dry clean face and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes then remove with water. Pretty simple right.
Once I was done applying the cream to my face I started to feel like a tingling, almost like a burning sensation and I was like oh great I don't think I can do this. But I stuck through it and eventually it did go away. Also right away I started to feel it hardening like getting tight on my face which basically let me know it was working.
Once it was off I looked at my face in the mirror and it looked super clean and smooth! I touched it and it felt smooth, like soft even! I was in love! (Also it did leave my face feeling matte so in my opinion this probably wouldn't be good for people with dry skin.)
This stuff is great! Makes my skin feel soft and smooth. Takes away all the acne scars, and leaves my face refreshed and glowing. I love it, so far I've been using it twice a week. Doesn't take much to cover my face.

Such a dramatic difference in just 2 weeks! I’ve had $500 Melanage Peels, $1200 Halo Laser treatments, & I’ve used 4% hydroquinone & .05% tretinoin off & on for years. I stopped taking oral birth control pills (so bad for melasma!) about 4 months ago, which helped in terms of not causing continual overproduction of melanin. At that time, I also got an Enlighten Peel ($500) that significantly helped. But my melasma was so bad that I needed something even stronger than that peel as part of my daily regimen...This has same active ingredients as Triluma, except the hydroquinone is 3-6 x’s STRONGER, therefore BETTER, FASTER RESULTS!

I purchased this product for my 21 old daughter who has very light skin and burns easily; she has to wear sunscreen if she's out in the sun at all.
While the store shelves are full of sun-screen products that work well, I would never buy them. They are full of chemicals that have been directly linked to cancer.
Seems illogical to apply sunscreen to prevent skin cancer when the chemicals in the sunscreen have been directly linked to cancer! No thank you.
It took me a long time to find a product that is natural, free of harsh chemicals and most importantly - that works.
I've bought other "natural" sunscreen products but my daughter burned as much with them on as she did with no sunscreen at all.
This one made by BioFormula Select is the best I've found. It is natural and it works well. After a full day on the beach with the outdoor temp being 95 and the sun index factor a 10 (on a scale of 0-10), including trips in and out of the salty ocean, my daughter had NO sunburn (except the base of her neck where she missed a spot and didn't apply it.......)
It's a bit pricy, but id much rather pay for this, than pay for junk that leads to cancer or to pay an oncologist to treat cancer....
Glad I found it; this will be our only sunscreen for as long as it is available.

It works! I haven't had a reaction to it (I know that some people have, which is really unfortunate), but so far it's kept me fairly sunburn free! I say "fairly" because I wore it while I was whitewater rafting and the waves continuously washed it off, so I did get a little pink in my legs (which took the brunt of the water) and feet.
It is a really thick product, so a little doesn't seem to go a long way (and you do get that "paler than usual" effect, which isn't saying much for me because I'm already white as a ghost; it makes me look downright vampiric). It hasn't caused me to break out any more than usual, and doesn't feel too greasy, though I can definitely tell it's there.
All in all I'd say this is a good product! It worked where the water didn't splash it off, and I feel a lot better knowing it's coral reef safe. Plus it made my skin soft.

First off, this has a very faint aloe smell, so if that’s going to bother you this isn’t your spray. It’s extremely faint and not overwhelming and it reminds me of how the sun tanning oil‘s I used to slather myself in in my 20s smelled. But it’s precisely because I was a sun abuser that I now get skin cancers and need to be wearing a sunscreen every day.
The thing I like best about this stuff is that the spray goes on lightly and evenly and the product soaks in and does not leave any kind of a greasy residue. Rather than spray my face directly I spray it into my hand and then just wipe it on but I use the actual spray on my arms in other areas . There’s a very very faint sheen left on the skin but it actually looks nice, it’s not a slippery shiny greasy look at all, just a very very faint ‘glow’ if you will.
Frankly my 61 year old skin looks better wearing it than it does without it. I usually can tell when I have sunscreen on my skin, it gets faintly irritated from it, but I don’t get that from this product at all. this will be my go to sunscreen above all others now.
