I have acne-prone, combination skin, and it's really hard to find moisturizers for my skin type. Anti-acne stuff dries me out, gel moisturizers don't hydrate enough, or it's TOO hydrating and makes me break out. This stuff doesn't break me out and has actually noticeably improved my skin tone. It's the perfect amount of hydration, it doesn't dry me out but doesn't make me greasy either. If you're someone who has combo skin but is prone to breakouts, I'd say give this a shot.
I have noticed improvements in my skin quality like I get fewer and smaller breakouts, my redness has decreased and my texture has improved. I've used this for about 6 months religiously, and I usually run out about every 2 months with twice-daily use.

I’ve used this for a little over a month now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in the pigmentation of my skin. Last year, I went on medication that gave me terrible acne as I’ve never had before. After multiple chemical peels, I still had a number of dark acne scars on my cheeks and jawline. This Dark spot remover is smooth, smells great, and helps keep my skin from getting oily free throughout the day - not to mention my acne scars are almost completely gone. I will continue to use this product for years to come.

To start, this smells so wonderful and is such a perfect way to end my day; it’s so fresh (haha) without being overwhelming. I have VERY dry skin and have been using this for about three weeks now, it’s not recommended for dry skin, I didn’t know this when I purchased it online, but I have no issue with it not being enough for my skin. If anything, I feel like it’s helping my skin maintain moisture for a longer period of time. I don’t wake up in the morning feeling dry and tight. However, I have noticed it makes my face sweat a lot. Not just more forehead either but my whole face starts sweating for up to an hour if I make any kind of movement at all. This is why I only use at night and why I have it four stars.
Overall, my skin is moisturized, I notice more radiance since using and it feels like a treat to use from the scent. A++ in my book, its products like this that makes me keep falling in love with Bioformula.

This purchase counts as my fourth jar of this moisturizer and I stock up another because of the discount. I have used other night creams and moisturizers as well but this one is my favorite. I am of combination skin and more on the dry side in winter and oily side in summer. In winter I use it together with rose deep hydration toner and kombucha essence, which helps my skin to stay moisturized without extra shine on my T zone. In summer I use it together with Origins mushroom toner and this combination works fine for me as well. It does bring a certain glow to my skin, but I have never used it alone, thus I cannot say for sure that it works just fine on its own. I would say it's worth my penny :)

I really like this product for my oily and very acne-prone skin. It's definitely super lightweight and absorbs fast, which is always great. I think it works well under makeup, but I can also see how some people would want more moisture for underneath makeup too. I don't love the smell because it has a slightly chemical scent, but I don't hate it either and I'd rather have that artificial fragrance that irritates my skin. It truly is a super lightweight and non-greasy moisturizer that provides a hint of moisture, without being heavy or sitting on top of the skin. It will definitely not clog your pores and it has retinol which is great for acne, texture, and wrinkles. I do not think this will necessarily fill in wrinkles because the percentage of retinol isn't listed, which makes me think it's minimal, but it will help improve texture on the skin and will help to even out hyperpigmentation while providing a bit of moisture and without causing blemishes. It is definitely not for those with dry or super dehydrated skin, as it doesn't moisturize super well, but for me and my oily skin, it's perfect. Of course, you shouldn't use this in the morning without sunscreen because it does have retinol, but I honestly love it both morning and night. I think it's an especially great nighttime moisturizer for acne-prone skin since so many of us unfortunate cystic-prone people cannot wear anything remotely heavy or overly moisturizing at night without causing problems. Great, solid product. Do I think it will revolutionize/cure all of your skin concerns? No. Do I think it's a great moisturizer for oily skin people? Yes, even if it's just used as a nighttime moisturizer in tandem with other stronger retinol products. Will this fill in all of your wrinkles? No, but it will prevent wrinkles and help even out skin tone and texture, without causing any breakouts. Is it super moisturizing? No, but just enough for my oily skin!

I have oily and sensitive skin and am usually hesitant to try new products that may cause me more problems. Despite the oily skin, I wanted to find a moisturizing product that would help my skin in the long term. I use very little of this each morning and evening and have found it to be good for improving the overall appearance of my skin. I feel it helps with small lines and wrinkles and has made my pores less noticeable. I do, however, see small breakouts if I use too much on my oily t-zone so I limit it to my forehead and cheek area, blending it down my neck.

I love using this: very light, with a hint of a fresh scent, absorbs quickly. I can put makeup (or primer) right after, with no balling or greasy feeling. My skin loves it too. I have very fair oily skin with large pores on the t-zone and bouts of acne that started when I turned 30. But ever since I started using this moisturizer (6 months ago) my skin is more even, pores are smaller, post-acne dark spots lightened up and my skin is very soft now. Great for winter but it has no SPF, so for the summer I will be switching.
Come on bioformula, make a version with high enough SPF and I will be using it year-round!

I have really really sensitive and oily skin but this product is definitely a two-thumbs up. I've been using it for 4 days now and my pores got smaller already, my skin is smoother and a little less oily too. I've been switching products like a maniac and fortunately, I stumbled upon bioformulas reviews online (which is very helpful) and decided to go on a product hunt. It was all worth it. I really think Bioformula is the one. I gave it a 4 rating because the price is a little bit high but I'm definitely okay with it since it really worked wonders on my skin.

I've been looking for a good Dark spot remover for a while because I have oily and dry skin. On the first day of using this product, I didn't notice much, but it had a nice smell and seemed very moisturizing. The next couple of days, I started to break out and was going to return it. However, since my skin had the tendency of being sensitive, I decided to try it a couple more times and if nothing happened I would return it. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I love this product! I only use it once a day at night and it keeps me moisturized well into the next day and seems to be helping my uneven skin tone.
